Suite Exclusive arose out of a market demand for high quality and unique upholstery and lounge furniture, in response to the growing trend with weddings, parties, corporate events, conventions where comfortable seating arrangements are not only desired, but needed.

WHO WE ARE

Our Founder, Lyric Turner: Suite Exclusive is the sister company of D.C.’s most prolific, high-quality real estate staging company,  Red House Staging & Interiors. Owner and principal Lyric Turner was working as a D.C. real estate agent when she saw the need for a unique service that would positively transform properties to improve their listing potential. Drawing on her expertise in real estate, marketing, and project management, and with her passion for interior design, Lyric launched Red House Staging in 2005.

Being in the business for ten years, Lyric brings her expertise in beautifully transforming temporary spaces to the event industry. A natural evolution of Red House Staging, Suite Exclusive is able to source the expansive furniture stock in the Red House inventory, and parlay Red House staff members into Suite Exclusive. 

Lyric's deep roots in D.C. now also include a furniture store, Hudson & Crane, an urban mercantile retail store in the Adams Morgan/U Street Corridor.

Our Talented Staff: The Suite Exclusive team is comprised of talented professionals who have many years of experience in the interior design field and in home staging. Morgan Taylor and Sydney Gaskins are experts in space planning, decorating and sourcing inventory. They are assisted by a superb in-house logistics crew.
