What does Suite Exclusive provide?
Whether you are seeking the high end elegance of a wedding, or the chic style of an urban party, Suite Exclusive is uniquely positioned to provide an unforgettable look for your occasion. We partner with event planners, concierge, and others to create an appearance that precisely matches your vision and equips you with the accents to enhance the unique style you want to convey.

What is the length of the rental period?
Furnishings are typically rented for one-day events, however this can be extended to cater to your event’s specific needs. Prices shown on our website reflect one-day rentals. Please inquire in regards to pricing for longer term rentals.

How will I know if your stock furniture will reflect the style of my event?
We offer high end, quality furniture in any style. Our team takes great pride in reflecting the aesthetic of our client. We will have one of our designers work with you to put together your look and source pieces specifically for your event.

Will you come to my event site?
Sure! At your request, one of our talented designers will visit your event venue to assist you in achieving a cohesive plan tailored to your event’s needs. In most cases, a consultation is complimentary. Outlying locations and specific design projects may require separate fee.

I love your furniture but I'm lacking inspiration. Any ideas?

Can I rent other items?
Suite Exclusive does not rent dining tables and chairs for large dining events, nor do we rent tents, dance floors, flood lights, or catering supplies such as cutlery, dishes, linens, etc. Party rental companies who do provide these items do not offer the type of lounge furniture found through Suite Exclusive. The most common scenario is to rent large quantity dining items from your caterer, and in addition have Suite Exclusive provide conversational furnishings to make your party stand out.

Installation & Pickup Fees?
Our standard $275 installation fee covers selection and preparation of furniture, delivery to venue, installation of furniture at your event, and pick-up upon completion.

How far do you travel?
We provide our services to the Washington, DC Metro area, Northern Virginia, and Maryland. Our warehouse is located right outside of D.C. in Landover, MD and we will consider projects that are over 45 miles from our warehouse on a case by case basis, so please inquire! Projects that are more than 45 miles away may incur additional delivery fees.

What if I damage my rented items?
We ask that our clients accept a damage waiver of 12% of the rental fees. This will cover most damages that may occur and will give you peace of mind during your event that accidents are covered. Keep in mind, this waiver does not cover total loss of inventory
